The Founder of Generous Muse Travel, “a boutiquetravel agency specializing in environmentally sustainable romance travel.
After founding my agency, I realized that romance travel was my calling becauseI am in love with love. Given my giddy celebration of love, I helped organize many matrimonial celebrations for my VERY large family and friends group. So, it is natural I want to help people in love through my agency. I know that the trips I plan for my clients will be the backdrop to some of their best memories. Further, because I believe that travel is transformational, it is only logical to combine this with life’s Rites of Passage, such as weddings, honeymoons, and milestone anniversaries.
After working with so many couples, I realized the clients that “I got,” and who “got me” were the clients who were interested in ecotourism. Perhaps, tree huggers sense each other? I am an environmentalist, who cares deeply about the health of our ecosystem. I care deeply about the countries to which I send my clients. I work with sustainable resorts to bring my clients extraordinary experiences. I am curious and have the research skills to find the best possible itinerary for my clients.
To better serve my amazing clients who, deserve the best, I have participated with some of the top travel industry education organizations and associations including, Destination & Honeymoon Travel Business Academy with Tami and Lou Santini, the Destination Wedding University with Will Medina. I hold many industry titles including CLIA Certification, Disney Certification, and Certification with several country-specific tourism boards including Antigua, Barbados, Costa Rica, Finland, and Ireland.
As a result of following my dream to help clients just like you, I’ve won many awards such as an industry customer service award.
When I am not assisting our clients with their dream vacations, destination weddings you can find me actively participating in the civic life of my hometown, gardening, or traveling new and fantastic places. In fact, this summer, my beloved and I shall be going on a cruise through the British Isles and Iceland.
